Cancellation Policy

To ensure patients can receive timely access to high-quality care, appointment cancellations and no-shows need to be kept to a minimum. There will be a $100 late-cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your procedure appointment. This fee is your responsibility and is not reimbursable by your insurance company. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your procedure appointment.

CareCredit Credit Card

We accept the CareCredit credit card to help you finance your healthcare wants or needs. It can be used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses like deductibles and copays not covered by insurance.

ZirMed

ZirMed is a patient auto-draft program through which you can set-up monthly payments for the surgical facility portion of your bill.

• Valid checking account number, credit card, or debit card must be provided to the facility upon acceptance of the program. This card/account will be charged/debited each month until the fulfillment of your facility bill.
• Payment can be spread over a maximum of 6 months will include a fixed payment amount.
• There is no interest for this payment plan.
